Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent Uniform                                                              
Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 123 "An Act establishing                                                                   
the Alaska energy independence program and the Alaska energy                                                                    
independence fund in the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                                               
Authority; and providing for an effective date" for the Labor and                                                               
Commerce Committee meeting on April 14. Without objection, it was
